dropped calls means no service and angry people on the other end

I am a customer of t-mobile for over 4 yrs and since dec 22nd 2007 i have had 90% of my calls dropped and in jan 2008 only 36 calls got through i was told it was a tower issuse now t-mobilr denies that also that every day i had dropped calls i would get credit for it now t-mobile has no record on anyone promising me that but want me to pay over a $i40 for two line s one that i did not use and the other dropped calls and i spent money on pay phones and then purchased a new wi-fi phone. i feel t-mobile has ben trying to rob me blind with no service or such poor ervice i lost a job because of the phone carrier and the problem today still has not been resolved
 
sad I’m pissed off and frustrated
