How do you cancel a contract if you get no service after moving??
I just moved to a location that T Mobile says I "should" have service... I don't!!!
Customer Service says I can't cancel.. Why should I pay for a service I don't get??

Inappropriate?That *is* frustrating. Which part of the world are you in? It would be interesting to see if others in your neck of the woods are having the same problem--perhaps you can get some public backup that their service is not being provided as advertised. The other question I'd have is how they phrase the service guarantee in the contract. What are the conditions where *they* are in breach?

Inappropriate?I am in Bradenton, Fl .. very close to the water.. I have had T Mobile for over 13 years now.. I recently moved and as soon as I enter my complex.. I get no signal!! If I'm home all weekend.. I have to go out, get in my car, drive down the street and talk, then come back.. It's ridiculous!! They have no service guarantee that I can find...
What do I do??

Inappropriate?I have similar reception problems in certain parts of my apartment, and I am guessing that you are now living in an apartment community that has thick walls. I'm also assuming that you've called T-Mobile and asked already. I've owned a number of different mobile phones, and I've tried different carriers, and I've been surprised at how some phones seem to work much better, regardless of who the carrier is. I wonder if there is a way to find out which phone would work best for you. Would you be willing to buy a new phone if it made a big difference?
