T-Mobile Customer NO-SERVICE!
I am truely watching my favorite Cell phone company follow the stupid ideas of other companies. My bill is past due (my fault) my service is suppended (my fault). I am only on my 2nd month past due (my fault...due to a financial pinch). Now I paid 3/4 of the way past due bill. ($100 of $152) I want to pay the remaining 52 and restore service and then when I get paid next the CURRENT due! Wouldn't you know it. It used to be you could discuss this. NO LONGER!!! now it being all automated you cannot speak to a rep untill ALL has been taken care of. Nice to know first off, I am beging to no longer use the big companies with the addition of VoIP to cell phones and I will not be supporting them monitarily as they become less customer oriented and more money oriented. I guess when companies begin to feel the pinch they will understand. But this is not customer service on T-Mobiles part to not let me speak to a representative. I am now going to consider changing companies to my partner's company as they are trying to get more customers and willing to bend over backwards to help folks in\stead of shut them out with faulty customer service. Thanks T-Mobile you finally pissed me off after years of unsurpassed service. What's next? Doing like sprint and cutting customers off because they complain???

Inappropriate?truly sorry. If you want to speak to someone, keep pressing zero (but typiing in social first) to speak to a live operator. Ask for customer loyalty. I hear they're nice.

Inappropriate?I can't stand T-Mobile. My fiancee uses them, but when my lease is up, I'm switching. they've overcharged us twice, and, one bill they took out of our account WITHOUT us authorizing it and AFTER we'd worked out a payment plan, for a bill that was $80 too large. Not our fault. That threw over our rent, and we almost didn't have the money for food, had my parents not come through. They shut off a phone too early and charged us (on two consecutive bills) the $200 shut off fee!! Next time they mess up our bill, it's going to Retention.

Inappropriate?I agree completely. My bill was due today 8/11. I called to make a payment arrangement until 9/4 and I was told my service would be suspended and a $20 service fee would be added to each line on my family plan ($60). Needless to say I am furious. This company sucks. Not only is the service poor (loss of signal) the lack of customer service is awful. Perhaps they should fire all of the customer service reps and financial counselors and restaff with unemployed people praying for a job. Then maybe the reps would provide service with a smile and go above and beyond to assist the customer. After all if the customers closed their accounts and/or opted to switch their service the company would decrease their overhead (downsize or layoff).

Inappropriate?I got a nice $874.00 data roaming charge (web searching only) for the 5 days I was in Canada this July. This is $106 over my entire years cost of service..for 5 days or very little web usage. Beware folks! They charge $10 per megabyte for every site you pull up! Their big solution was to cut half off the bill. Wow. They explained that their billion dollar company would have to take a hit and pay for my "valid charges". Boo hoo. Poor billion dollar company. Yes, it's a much greater financial burden to them than it is to their unknowing customers. Criminals.
