T-Mobile Frustration
I have a problem with TMobile anyway. I've paid tmobile over $1,062.00 since August of 2008. Spoken with Chris a supposed mannager, a Darrin & Laquita...all supposedly giving me a loyalty plan to keep a customer from 2002 to present. I have 2 daughters away in college 2 different states one dosn't have a telephone anylonger. Because I have had the service for 7 yrs they were going to work with me.I asked to speak with a Supervisor and they give me a coworker. I've been given so much run around with this company. They say one thing do something else. I'm being raked over the coals because a telephone number was changed, not a plan change a # change for harrassment in November 2007.. It's a mess this provider is a absolute mess.
