Why t-mobile won't take responsibility for their website?

A change was made to my unlimited txt msg on t-mobile.com where it cancelled the plan six days before billing cycle ended without me knowing about it. When I received the bill, I called customer service and they said they can't do anything because it was done on website and billing cycle ended. Does anyone know who I can talk to that can help me?
