I-Phone Fast Task Switching

Hello, I'm a brand new user with a thought for the I-Phone. Two, really.

1. Auto-Start timer on I-Phone, please. I'm sure this is on the way, though.

2. An option for fast task switching without having to go to the "Edit Task" screen. As in, I click a task, timer starts but my task lists remains on screen so I can quickly switch to next task.
