Inappropriate? We have plans to implement the feature with the next releases
-
Inappropriate? This would be great! Please implement this feature.
I’m thankful if this feater is available
-
Inappropriate? It's implemented in the Premium version of Toggl. The new version also features Solo Premium, which is $5/mo for single-user workspaces + you can try it out free for 30 days.

Inappropriate?Rounding doesn't work like it should IMHO.
If you have for example a duration of 03:20:16 and select from the dropdown menu "round to 15 minutes" the duration is rounded to 3.50 but mathematical correct would be 3.25.
So we still have to use Excel for our reports.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Hi Marcel. Yes, the rounding works upwards. So, it's more like a ceiling that rounding actually. However, we'll think about your idea, Excel reporting does not sound nice.
-
Inappropriate?3:20:16 rounds to 3:30:00 with Toggl right now (if you select 'round to 15 minutes')
Yes, currently it rounds upwards.
Do you mean that it should round 3:20 to 3:15? -
Inappropriate?Hi Alari,
yes 3:20 should be 3:15.
The Excel function for this is: =ROUND(D2*24*4;0)/4
If you need more inpute please let me know. -
I agree! There should at least be an option to specify whether to round up, down, or to the nearest increment. That's the way I do my billing, and I'd love to be able to do that right within Toggl! -
Inappropriate?Soon (in about 2 weeks) there will be an option whether to round times up or round them arithmetically (up or down depending on the duration).

Inappropriate?Hi Guys,
I just signed up for the Premium package for this feature. Am I correct that the rounding only in the Reports area? Does it round each individual task, or just the sum of all tasks?
Thanks!
Matt
I’m indifferent
-
Inappropriate?Hi Matt. Yes, the rounding works in the reports area. It rounds each individual task.
NB! We haven't implmented the arithmetic rounding yet. It still rounds up only. However, the vacation period is over and we are rolling up our sleeves. So, it will be done soon. -
Inappropriate?Any news on this topic?
Sorry for being so impatient . -
Inappropriate?Yes, the rounding modifications have been implemented. In the new version (the launch is this Wednesday) you can round up/down/to the nearest.
Sorry for the long delay.
