How can I increase my microphone volume so people can hear me better?

Click on the 'Settings' button you will see in the call window. You can make sure your camera is set properly here,
then move to the next screen to view your mic settings and adjust the volume.



Tips: Make sure the volume control on your headset is not set to its lowest level or muted. Please also check thatyou're selecting the proper microphone if you have more than one (internal, usb) that you would like to use to record your voice.

Note: Please have the other party check their speaker volume if they still can't hear you.
