How do I fix the black screen when starting a new call on facebook?
When using Facebook, the other party's video feed is black. I used to refresh inside the box, but with the new version the refresh button is gone. How do I fix this problem?

It actually sounds like an issue with the other person's cam. Did they step through their settings?

that isnt the problem. I am having the same issue. Both me and my girlfriend's cameras work perfectly, our connection is fine, our computers are updated, our drivers work fine. However, the problem only seems to lie with the fact that there is no longer a REFRESH option. Where did the old tokbox format go. I have no use for tokbox if it does not have the refresh option. Please get back to us as this does seem to be a widespread issue. -
Same issue... please look into this... I don't know how there are no other topics about this... I'm very frustrated. The facebook plugin used to be very convenient and practically my only source of communication with my boyfriend... and now I can't use it. Something needs to be done about this. If anything else, go back to the old tokbox format. It was great before all the changes happened... We've been using tokbox for over a year now... and every time there are changes made, it works much less efficiently. HELP PLEASE.

The Tokbox plugin has had issues recently & you would want to start a call the "regular way". Changes to the Facebook UI & on Mozilla's end have broken the way we had it working.

Note: I actually left the company last month & I am sporadically covering these issues. The recent UI change by getsatisfaction also made it a little harder for me to spot this.
