I am having a connection error with my instant messaging accounts. What should I do?

If you're having an error message with your Instant Messaging accounts you've added to Tokbox, and you haven't changed your password or user name for them IM account(s), the following information would be helpful:

1. The error message you're getting.
2. The IM service Tokbox can't connect to (AOL AIM, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, GTalk).
3. The user name/ screen name of the IM service that you sign in with.
4. If you're working from a home or work computer. Corporate firewalls, for example, may be limiting your ability to access those contacts while at work.
