IM Chatroom; password-protection; joining a video chat via AIR

I'd love to see Tokbox with chat rooms so multiple people could join a chat, separate from a video chat room. Starting a chat room might be as easy as dragging a name of someone who is currently online into the chat window to add them to the room (similar to how Skype does it).

Also would love to see a way to do a password-protected closed room (for video). As it is, if the link gets out, anyone could join a video chat.

Is there currently a way to join a video chat without having to click on a link? If I'm already using the AIR client and want to join a video chat, it seems that I have to do that through a link that will open it in a browser.
