It would be cool to be able to download / upload videos.
A link beside videos with "download in X format" and a link beside the record interface with "upload video" would both be great features.
That way we can record video messages away from our computers and send them later. And we can retain video and alter it for our personal video histories.

Inappropriate?Thanks Damon. You can check out 12seconds.tv for an example. Their interface is HTML/Ajax vs. yours which seems to be 99% flash, like seesmic's black interface. Either way, I'm sure you guys can swing this no problem.
