I assume you want to send a video mail? If so, simply login to your account & go to "Video Mail" (left sidebar).
Steps:
1. Record message.
2. Press on "Send".
3. Enter in the email address(es) of the parties you would like to send it to. You can also drag names in from your contact list.
If you're trying to send a greeting card for Thanksgiving, for example, choose the "Greeting Cards" option instead.1 Comment

Inappropriate?I think you need to look at checking with your email provider for the answer to that question (should be an attachment of sorts).
