Sharing YouTube video flashes a "connection error" message and won't play
I also am getting a connection error trying to play a YouTube video in a Tokbox call. I have deleted YouTube cookies.I use Firefox version 3.5.2. It happens also when the tokbox person I am chatting with tries to play YouTube videos. Is it YouTube or TokBox? What is the fix?

What is the URL of the YouTube video you're trying to play? Does it happen with other URLs from youtube? Do you have the url marked as public? -
Inappropriate?I have discovered why many YouTube videos may give this connection error when attempting to be shared in Toxbox. If the video has been marked "Embedding disabled by request" by the person or entity posting the video, it cannot be shared in a Tokbox chat or conference and you will get the error message when you try to. I guess Tokbox sharing is a form of embedding and thus denied. Too bad but it's the video poster's call.
