Inappropriate?Hi, try clicking the "Microphone" settings button. That will display an Adobe Flash Player Settings dialog. Make sure the correct microphone is selected from the drop-down. Then clap or whistle into your microphone. If your microphone is working, the input meter in this dialog will bounce up and down. Also, try adjusting the "Record Volume" by moving the slider to the right.

I have the problem also, but my microphone is set up properly and I have the latest version of Flash. Some people hear me just fine.

Inappropriate?It looks like I am having the same issue. Other people can hear me on Skype, I have the latest version of Flash and my mic is set up properly. Can you please recommend a solution? Thanks.

The same response that I posted on your cam question will apply here. When you say that your mic is set up properly, did you verify that by using the cam mic settings or by looking at your computer settings?

Hi Lauren - I looked at my computer settings. The issue is, some people who use Tokbox can hear and see me just fine. Others cannot. This is very inconsistent. Hard to troubleshoot the problem. Please help.

Thanks for the clarification. Does this audio problem occur during a conference call with 3+ people or during a 1:1 call? Is it the same person that consistently can't hear you?
