Broken screen and it's TomTom's fault!
horrible! I can't find any support to call or email for the US for TomTom. The suction cup they use is aweful and it falls all the time. Last time it fell the screen broke and now it is useless. Got it last Christmas and I didn't work cause of that white screen issue (One 3rd addition) until the update a few months ago, and now the screen is broke and I can't find a single contact to see if they'd fix it. Total waste of money! They cut corners on the suction cup and then the customer takes the fall.

Inappropriate?wow, I finally found a way to contact them, but only by sending them a message through the website. no actual email address and no number for the US. All the numbers I found were for other different countries.
Wonder what they'll come back with.
I’m feeling like this will be a long and drawn out process and I'll not get a repair. Only time will tell.

Inappropriate?What can say. after getting in touch with them, they totally helped me out in a way I feel was acceptable. I feel I have jumped the gun in thinking they would not be of assistance because of how difficult it was to initially get in touch with them.

Inappropriate?HOw did you contact them? I can't seem to find the place on the website to do so. My suction cup broke (plastic piece snapped)

Inappropriate?ya know what, it took me forever to find how to contact them. I remember I had to just keep searching and searching their site until I found how. Keep with it, you'll find it eventually.
wish I could be more helpful but I don't remember how I did it.
