Inappropriate?What type of device/Unit do you have, if you have bought the device new you should have instructions for charging, also leads for charging from the main electricity supply. Can you give more information

Inappropriate?The following is a copy of instructions from TomTom Go manual regarding charging your unit.
A (9) DC power lead, with 12V cigarette lighter
adaptor. This is the normal way of providing
power to TomTom GO when it's in your vehicle.
• A (10) USB data cable for connecting TomTom GO
to a Windows PC.
When you purchased your TomTom Go you should have in the box, 2 leads, one of the leads is as above a USB cable, not only does it allow connection to your computer, it will also charge your unit.
