Customer service made a functioning tomtom one die.
I reported to tomtom that my screen had become blurry. Their customer service sent me an email with links to three fixes. I tried all three fixes and now my tomtom one is dead. It will come on but it only shows the large hand screen. It also will not turn off. I reported this to customer service and they asked for my personal information and the serial number. Their response was "Your device seems to be out of warranty from the manufacturing date. If you believe that you are still within the 2 year warranty period please provide a proof of purchase."
So not only did they not help they made the problem worse. I could have lived with a blurry screen.

Inappropriate?They have replaced my tomtom within one week. After finding the receipt and emailing a copy to them they gave me an RA and replaced the unit with a new one.
