Customer Service, yeah right !!!!!

Bought a Tomtom unit for $250, didn't realize they use a 50 cent suction cup for mounting that constantly falls off the windshield. I have callled customer service (what a joke that is), I received the runaround, they have no corprorate office contact details at all. I want a full refund for this shitty designed product. Than they have the nuts to send me a email stating that the issue has been resolved on their end when nothing was done. I'm making a report to the BBB and I will not rest until this matter is resolved. Let it be said that if this unit falls and the charging wire gets tangled in the steering wheel aqnd an accident occurs because of it, Tomtom has been warned.
