Inappropriate?I just bought a map to download, cause i quite often could not find right map with my current tomtom. But I could not download the new map at all even if i paid 30pounds. whenver i open tomtom home, it is always saying i need to update. I could not get any new maps at all for a month and customer service is so bad. there is no email address to contact customer service. there is tel line, but impossible to contact.
I even sent email to their PR department to solve the problem an hour ago. And I got a reply saying person is in charge is having a holiday. I should contact someone else if something is emergency for editorial issue. We will see if they can find someone to solve the problem. I would feel much better, if i spend that much money on charity.
what a joke to use tomtom!
