TomTom 2.6 is not working anymore, was bought in December

Screen shows a "hand" which doesn't react on tough anymore, then screen tells me to chose the language, ...and all 9 yards, then it freeze on choosing "voice".....then takes me back to choosing language and turns itself of.....it was fine five days ago...and now it's just not working/
