TomTom does not stand behind their products!!!!
I'm in the same boat, TomTom refuses to repair a unit that is only 1 month past warranty. Can they legally do this? I replaced the 2amp fuse that blew in the car charger and now my screen does not work. I have never heard of a company not standing behind their product. I guess I have a $300 piece of garbage. Unbelievable, no help, no options, nothing.

Inappropriate?I'm in the same situation, but with a $500 piece of garbage. A whole lot of "i'm sorry", but NOTHING else. I am done with TomTom. I will never buy one again, and I will make sure my company knows how horrible the customer service is before they outfit their 60+ service vans...........
