TomTom has No Repair Service

TomTom has No Repair Service. My TomTom One XL does not allow me to put in an address. The screen just goes to ffffff and does not let met use any other letter. TomTom can not repair it, they want swop it for an new one that cost met more than I paid for it in the first place. There is no place in South Africa that can repair a TomTom. After the guarantee has expired you can just dump it in the drum. I Hope that anybody that intends to buy a TomTom would just first find out about their after sales service, that is NON EXISTENT! TomTom service in South Africa is VERY BAD. I am very unhappy that I ever bought a TomTom. And so I shall tell everybody !
