Inappropriate?BBB's are a joke. All it does is send a letter to the company saying someone complained. No teeth, no followup, no investigation. Just a worthless paper tiger that really protects the businesses. Don't waste your time.

Inappropriate?Agreed. BBB's are useless here in Canada also.. Just tell anyone you know who is thinking of buying a GPS about TomTom's poor customer service issues & no repair help unless it is covered under their limited warranty. Hopefully those people will then buy a different brand.
