Adjust upgrade error message
Topaz Adjust told me there was an upgrade available. I downloaded it today.
When trying to run the Topaz Adjust upgrade installer from 3.2.1 to 3.4 I get this error: "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel."
I have read the installation notes and it does not say you have to first uninstall, so before I do - is that correct? I have to uninstall Adjust before upgrading even though the install notes do not say to do it that way?
