We only officially support Photoshop 7 and above or any version of Elements on Windows, Photoshop CS3 and above or Elements 6+ on Mac. Those are the only ones we've tested.

However, there is a pretty good chance that it'll work with Photoshop 5 as well. There's a 30-day free trial so there's no harm in trying.
