Download problems and interference with PS CS3

I just purchased Topaz suite. Even though I have checked my Key a dozen times, the program says it is not correct. Plus, now I can't get on Photoshop CS3 because the Request for Key keeps coming up when I try to open it. My name is Sue Cox. the key I was given was 000130-090331-948368-633544-225809
