Topaz Adjust freezes/hangs CS4 extended 64bit, installed on vista ultimate 64bit

Have been trying to get this alledged 64bit Topaz Adjust program to work on my 64bit system for months. I waited for 2.6 and it just freezes my cs4 as soon as I click the filter. I really want this program but fear I'll have to find another due to it not working with my system.

I’m extremely disappointed
