Topaz Adjust still not working.
Topaz Adjust STILL not working. I read other people having the same problem, one suggestion was to download and install latest version which I did. After doing so, it's not crashing CS3, but it's just doing nothing after runing the plugin. Very unsatisfactory.

Inappropriate?Do you mean that the preview doesn't update and nothing changes when you drag around the sliders or click a preset?
Or will Topaz Adjust just not process the image after clicking "OK"?
Also which specific operating system are you using?
Thanks,
Eric -
the preview DOES update, but then Topaz Adjust doesn't process the image after clicking Okay. I'm using Vista. Images are about 7mgs in size. -
Inappropriate?Hi Eric, thanks for getting back to me. I’m using Vista. Preview will update, but after clicking OK, one of 2 things happens. Either CS3 crashes or else Topaz Adjust finishes doing its thing but there are no resulting changes to the image.

Inappropriate?I also installed the update (2.3) and the dialogue box appeared. The presets showed up and you could see the adjustments.
However, I tried to zoom in, and CS3 (on my mac) crashed. If you recall I'm using a 1Ds MkIII so the files are quite big. Still a little unreliable.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?where should Topaz be installed? I run Photoshop 6 on a PC - it is not listed under filters....
thanks -
Inappropriate?@brick:
I could see how this problem might occur if you're using very large images. How large (in dimensions, not file size) are the images that you're working on?
@Dean:
Dean, are you using Tiger? It's a known problem in Tiger (shouldn't happen in Leopard in v2.3) and the fix is coming out tomorrow.
@NigelH:
Go to C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs\Topaz Adjust\Plug-ins and copy the tladjust.8bf file into your Photoshop plug-ins folder. This is usually located in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 6\Plug-Ins\. Then restart Photoshop and try again.
Thanks,
Eric
