Topaz Detail will not register!
I purchased the Topaz bundle the other day. I've installed them and have begun to use them. However... It will not allow me to register Topaz Detail. All of the other plug-ins registered fine. But when ever I try to use "Detail" I have to re-enter my name and number.... only to get an error 4. I'm able to save the work I did, but the next time I use the product I have to do the same thing over and over again. Others all work fine.

Inappropriate?What strange is the fact that I've contacted the company many times via email and phone. I keep getting a recording on the phone and the emails come back with some BS and a 30 day code to enter. It's some type of generic email I guess.
So far their service has been BAD!

Are you using a Mac? What version of Photoshop are you working in?
Please try entering your license key without anything in the name field and see if it will accept your key.
Our developers are actually looking into the error 4 issue and hope to have the issue resolved in the coming weeks.
