Topaz plugins crashing CS3 on MBP
Since I installed Topaz Denoise 3, Photoshop CS3 (Mac) crashes when I performs a SaveAs when using ANY Topaz filter. I have an Intel MacBook Pro. I can save okay, as long as I don't pull up the SaveAs dialog.
Per a suggestion on flickr, I disabled multiprocessor support on some plugins, which worked...but the original versions of denoise and simplify still crash (no preference settings).

Inappropriate?Hello Steve,
Thanks for the message! Unfortunately this is a known issue and multiprocessor support must be disabled in order for it to work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The latest versions of the software all have the option to disable multiprocessor support in Menu->Preferences. The older software do not, but if you really want to use the older versions I can give you some downloads that will fix the problem. Just let me know!
Best regards,
Eric

Inappropriate? What bugs me is that I don't recall having this problem until I installed Denoise 3. And doing so broke all of my Topaz plugins.
Eric, if you have a workaround for the older packages, I'd love to apply it.
I’m undecided
