"corrupt" pictures cannot be added

Trouble posting pictures. says any picture i try to post it says is corrupt, which is not the case. it continues to process, but nothing happens. i even tried with an older photo, no luck. the first several pictures posted w/out a problem. after i put two videos on, the problem started.
