Can't access kid friend profiles

Today I can't access my daughter's "kid" friends all of a sudden. I've made "friend requests" to their managers (moms) and it says they need a "secret word" which I haven't set up. What the heck is going on?! I just want to browse my daughter's friends like I could yesterday. Additionally, my daughter's "kid friends" managers (moms) can't view my daughter's profile. This is really annoying.
