friends can't view child's profile, although they are my friend and my child's friend
UPDATE this is happening for more than one friend, including other contributors!!! Please fix!

One of my friends recently told me he hasn't been able to view baby pictures for awhile, he is told that he needs to know a password or else be my friend.
He has been friends with me (the profile manager) and my child's friend as well since before there were passwords. He has his own totspot profile just so he can see my kid's page. I have never set a password on the account. Also, I checked in my friend list to make sure he was still set to "friend" and not deleted.
All appears to be as it should, but he still can't open her page anymore. Please help!

Are your friends still experiencing these problems? If you can email us at hello@totspot.com with more info about your friends (e.g. their username or email), we can see if there's something up with their accounts. Everything on your end looks right...

Inappropriate?I found a setting in privacy that had mysteriously changed so that only I could view her profile. So I guess I fixed it, but I don't know how/when the setting changed.
