I can't change Riley's profile pic.

When I click on add/picture to my childs profile pic. the browse pop-up comes up but won't let me click on browse or save or anything but the red x. Even when I try to use one of my pic.s in my album for his profile pic. It opens up the pop up and then won't let me click on yes.
