Videos gnomes still working 24 hours later...?
I uploaded several videos yesterday, both in MP4 and WMV formats (about 4-7MB each). They're all still being converted today, 24 hours later.
Has TotSpot just been flooded or is there something wrong? Just checking.

Inappropriate?Any news on this? It's now been 48 hours and most of my videos are "still being worked on." The couple that finished say "file not found" when I click on Play.
I'm just wanting to know if this is a bug that's being worked on or if there's something wrong with the videos I'm sending--because I can send them in a different format if I need to.

Inappropriate?I'm sure you're aware, but all my videos still show either "file not found" or "video gnomes are working."
If you need an off-site test of anything with the videos, let me know. I can convert my videos to just about any format and am on all the time. :)

The ones that had listed "file not found" are now found. Some had been MP4 and some WMV.
There are a still two from last week with gnomes still working on them.

as you noticed, we fixed some problems and those videos are now working. Unfortunately, we had bigger issues with a few of older videos (most of them were tests of our own) that didn't have any data actually attached to them on the video encoding machine. For those, we needed to remove them. If any of those is yours, you'll just need to upload them again (sorry about that) and everything should work.
If you happen to have another video-related problems, feel free to email and provide our support team with details.

Inappropriate?We just fixed this last issue with videos appearance on the "social tile" profile type. Everything should be good now.
