Does anyone know how to dissconect the beeper that activates when you are in reverse?

I need to do some light deliveries, but I don't really need a truck.

Can I fold down the back seats and use the back as a cargo bed?

We were looking at getting a Prius as the new company vehicle. In NZ there are few options for hybrids but there is a company that imports them and they have the Pruis Gen 3. Am curious what people think about them though that have been driving them for a while.
