Inappropriate?This is an issue with the type of package that is. The package is handled by both FedEx and USPS (as part of FedEx's Home Delivery service).
FedEx doesn't directly provide this tracking information to us so we're working on other ways of obtaining it.
We're making pretty significant progress and hope to have the solution pushed live in the near future.
