I am really cross with your complete lack of customer service.
I am SERIOUSLY upset. I am trying to spend $200 on credits with your company and you give me no response in 5 days. PLUS, our website designer asked about tracking TNT as well and we have heard nothing for a month. I cannot say that it engenders confidence. If I don't get a response within 24 hours I'll redesign the web page and remove your code.

Inappropriate?Hi Edmund, I apologize. I was out of the office last week and missed your initial question about adding credits.
You'll have to remind me who your website designer is as I don't recall that situation specifically. It's not my practice to ignore support requests, so I highly doubt your web designer was just completely ignored for a month.
I'm right in the middle of reworking the entire commercial area of TTP and hope to have it live in the next 4-6 weeks.
Until then, commercial credit additions are down.

Hi Shpigford. Thanks, at least, for the reply. Our website developer is Richard from ModsNet with whom you have been in correspondence about adding TNT to your tracking system. We added TrackThePack to our website, which you openly invite people to do, after researching the market and deciding that your solution was the best and most elegant. We built 20% of our entire site around TrackThePack and you are now telling me that the tracking facility on our website will be down for the next 4-6 weeks. I am simply dumb-struck as will be any person who runs a commercial website and now finds themselves hijacked by one of their suppliers. We will be selling the solution outright to anyone who wants it once we have developed it for less than your 10,000 credits price, including TNT, unlimited use. If you won't look after your customers, we will try and help them. As geeks, you guys may be great but get yourself an MD! Regards. Edmund -

How is your tracking facility on your website now down for 4-6 weeks? If your saying because you need to buy more credits so you can keep using the current commercial stuff, I'll happily give you guys free credits until we finish the updated commercial area. I just need your username on the site.
I'm glad to help where possible and am certainly willing to make some exceptions where possible (like giving you guys free credits until we're able to finish up the new commercial stuff), but you have to ask, not immediately accuse and make threats. -
