Out-for-delivery notifications not received

I have signed up for delivery notifications by email. But I am not receiving the "out for delivery" notifications anymore. It has been this way for the past 4 months.

Looking at your profile, you don't have any packages that are have been out for delivery or delivered in the past few days (since we implemented our fix).
Are you referring to a different account or specific tracking number? tracking number? -

My last shipment was this one - 01876997495016218133 (about three weeks back). But it was USPS, which usually doesn't provide tracking updates. I'll wait until I have a UPS shipment to verify this. -
Inappropriate?I have an update on this. There is a UPS package on my account (1Z181W889042751845) which says "Out for Delivery" now. But I haven't received an email yet.

Only thing I can think of is that maybe it got marked as spam because these are definitely getting sent out. -

That would definitely explain why it still says "Out for delivery." The status is based on the actual event time as sent to us by UPS. So in this case, UPS says it was Out for Delivery 2 hours after it was delivery (ha!) so our system takes that info and orders things accordingly.
So that particular issue seems to be a freak case.
As for the delivery notifications. I have tracked down the issue and am working now to resolve it. -

UPS doesn't count on obsessive trackers like me, I guess. Or they have added time travel to their package delivery system. -
