It will very very helpful to be able to tag and write some notes about a post.this will be helpful to show this to our clients as to how critical this negative post is.
It will be very nice to have some sort of sorting arrangement where the most critical bad messages can be sorted in a ascending way.
This will help the clients to have a fat view as to the top 100 worst messages arranged from worst to okay and suggestions from our side as to what can be done.
More Tags, Notes and sorting arrangement would be GREAT and make this tool Stunning.

If you click on "View Influence" you'll see a note taking system you can use for each source. With our sorting options, you can also sort to show just those that you have marked as negative.
At the Corporate level and higher, we offer CSV export so you can add your own notes and send a report to your clients.
