The cost of free public transportation around the bay?

I remember overhearing someone @ TransitCampBayArea mention a recent study that pegged the cost of free public transportation in the Bay Area @ $82.15/driver. There was also a brief discussion on why free transit would not work.

Does anyone have a link to this study?

I'd like to see more healthy food selections.

The granola bars where great, and the salads for lunch the second day. How about fruit: bananas, clementines, grapes and small apples are all easy fruit snacks.

Credit card sized maps of SF including mass transit.

People keep asking me where I got my tiny map of the city.
    Here: http://www.pocketbaymaps.com/

Pocket Bay has Public transportation (MUNI (including Owl routes), Cable Cars, Street Cars, BART and CalTrain stations), major landmarks, neighborhoods and all main streets, highways and bridges. I love mine, it's durable plastic too.

On city websites, have buttons that link to mass transit routes, and the 511.org route maker.
