Inappropriate?10% of the total booking value is non refundable unless exceptional circumstances occur. In these cases Travelonomy require an email confirmation from the accommodation supplier or relevant third party for a refund to be granted. Any claim must be presented to Travelonomy within thirty (30) days of check-out or the claim will be wavered.
