Inappropriate?If a guest fails to show up or does not cancel within 48hrs of the arrival date the property can charge the guest for the amount of 1 night’s accommodation. However, you must report the ‘no-show’ to accounts@travelonomy.com within 2 weeks of the event or the charge will be waivered.
