Retroactive pay for hired freelancers
Writing these Trazzler tips is fun and even addictive. I'm thinking it could be even more fun if you decided to compensate retroactively the writers you eventually hire for the entries they posted prior to hiring.
You'd likely get many more postings this way without too much outgo on your part, and a bigger carrot for the writers. Any chance?
