Website won't take my information
Hello. I am having a problem with the website. I tried to create an account, but when I pressed continue, it presented me with the same screen, only blank. If I try to sign in, it doesn't recognize me, so I know the application didn't go through.

Apologies for that. Can you tell us what browser (e.g., Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2...) you're using, and the operating system (e.g., Windows Vista, Mac OSX...). We're not able to replicate the problem, so we'll have to try and test it just as your computer is set up.

I see that you have created an account with the user name ttucci1 - try closing the browser, opening it again, going to trazzler.com and logging in.
If you're also on Windows XP using IE 6, there could be a bug that we haven't fixed yet. We'll report back here once we've had a chance to verify that platform/browser combination is the problem. Hopefully, we'll have it fixed soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We did not see any problems on XP/IE 6.
Tony - you have an account (ttucci1), so I suggest you close the browser and reopen it, or try another browser, and attempt to login.
Cassandra - I would also recommend closing and opening your browser, then trying to create an new account from scratch.

I'm sure that you already sorted things out, but I just wanted to let you know that if you click on the confirmation link in your email more than once (sometimes even just a double click will do), the second time it will give you the error:
Unable to verify the account. Did you provide the correct information?
We are working on fixing this, but for anyone else who encounters this error in the meantime, please disregard it (as long as you are able to log in and "trazzle" from trip to trip, then your login is set up fine).
