Why can't I sign in to my trazzler account?

Every time I log in I get bounced back to the trazzler home page. Please help! My user name is pharaonick. The only answer I've found on the forum is to go to the forgot password link, but I've tried that and it still doesn't work. I tried setting up a new account, but can't because my email address is already in use!
