All msgs not saving
I need for every text message to be saved to this site whether being sent or received I have only received 6 messages out of 28. Everything is setup the way that it's suppose to be & the TMT app is installed correctly to automatically send my msg. It's not even saving the sent msgs.

Automatic Message Saving Test
1. Launch the Treasuremytext App
2. Check it says that services are enabled and messages are being saved
3. If all is good then send an SMS (not our Treasuremytext numbers they wont get saved).
4. Look out for a notification message which says "SMS Archived"
4. Login to Treasuremytext
5. Check in the Sent folder for the message you just sent.
Saving Old Message's Test
1. Go to your Messages on your phone
2. Select a message that you would like to save
3. Long press on that message and select Forward
4. If you're in the U.S. send it to '203 434 0893' or '+44 7624 800 239' if elsewhere
5. Login to Treasuremytext
6. Check your Inbox folder for the message you saved. -

Inappropriate?works fine, i double checked everything like stated above. it just doesn't save all messages. just every other 1. give or take a few. wen i send to us number it goes threw but if i'm not home i wouldn't know which ones are being saved or not.

Inappropriate?Are the missing messages your sent messages? They're stored in the Sent Sent messages folder so try checking in there for any messages which are ones you've sent. Is it also missing any messages your receiving?1 Comment Add a comment

Also do you see the message archived popup notification when your receiving any messages which aren't being saved. -
Inappropriate?yes they are messages. im very aware of different folders. i'm very pc literate. its missing both ways. there not showing up in either folder. only certain ones.

Inappropriate?Ok that's great you understand how it all works and should really help us get to the bottom of this.
So a couple of things that will help narrow down the point of failure.
Do you see the usual popup notifications on your phone for the messages which arn't being saved?
Is there anything in common about the messages not being saved, your phone being asleep at the time? it being from a particular contact/number?
Can you reproduce the situation where the messages definitly are not getting saved?
