BLANK MESSAGES
Hi,
I forward a few messages from my saved messages folder on my mobile, they arrive to my treasuremytext page, but all blank. I tried forwarding messages from my inbox and that works. I've tried to move the messages from my saved messages folder to inbox but i cant. I forward the messages to my own number and, when on my inbox i've forwarded them to treasuremy text, but they still blank. I am using a Nokia 6300. Any ideas?

Inappropriate?That's an odd problem sounds like some are saving but others are not. Can you send your username to support@treasuremytext.com and we'll take a look at the messages themselves and check if they are or aren't blank. Something to try is to take a look in another browser.

Inappropriate?Jaan, we have found a problem but not sure what the cause of it is. Are only messages forwarded from the Saved Message (your sent messages) blank. E.g. is it random or does it depend on which type of message they are from on your phone?

Inappropriate?We think it's an issue with Long Message which arn't being transmitted in the way we normally expect by your phone or your network. Which network are you with?
