Cant Login !
I cant login. I have reset the password and it says it has reset but I strill cant get in. Even if I use the old password I cant log in either - there seems to be a problem with the account and I have lots of messages on there !!! help

Inappropriate?What does it say when you try to login with your reset password, anything other than just the standard username and password is incorrect?

Finally it has let me in ! no idea what the issue was. -
Inappropriate?They just say either the username or the password is wrong so i retype it in serveral times to make sure i spelling it right . Still does not work. Talk about make you feel stupied! -

Inappropriate?ALSO - the image verification is not accepting the correct letters and numbers entered - tried numerous times, even tried using shift key for caps which is normally not necessary - nothing worked!

Inappropriate?Reset my PW again and used shift for caps, and I actually finaly was able to log in after a few more tries. Wierd!

Thanks for persevering with it. If ever it just randomly seems to break again for you just get in touch again and we'll try and use it as a test case to see what could be going wrong.

There are no known problems currently with login. Have you tried resetting your password?
